Board Update - 27 Jan 21

WE DID IT!!!!!! THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS to all members of the new Oasis Grove Golf & RV Resort Society! I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Ron, Steve, Emily, Sean, Darcy, Janice, Kelly, Pat, and Heather for your tireless effort and hard work to help move this dream into a reality. As well as to Diane for the many hours you committed to keeping us balanced (a little $$ humour). We also would like to thank our website administrator for the many hours you committed to helping us keep our residents informed.

What’s next? We will be preparing to complete:

• An offer to purchase the resort.

• Finalized Operations Budgeting

• Review contracts with regards to power to the Greens and assign the contractor.

• Continue to work with the County – (we are nearly complete this process) – stop work order is being lifted as we speak from the title.

• Get Greens Lots - go-ready (date TBD)

• Golf Course strategy

• Lot Sales strategy

• A ton of administrative things to do (new PAD forms, HR programming, safety programming, board election process and store setup [to name a mere few]).

As we work through these administrative tasks, we ask for your continued support and patience. We will always continue to remain transparent as we move through each of the project steps into the spring.
