Further Update from the Interim Board (27 Nov)

Dear Resort Friends,

We are pleased to advise you that the new Oasis Grove RV and Golf Resort Society Bylaws have been returned to our lawyer for final review.  He will be submitting the paperwork to register as a not for profit society early next week.  We are unsure how long this process will take (with all the new Covid 19 restrictions that were put in place this week) however, we are hopeful it will happen soon.  This is the last step that is necessary before we can put out the call for membership funding!

How will the call for membership funding happen?

We will post an informative presentation on our Acquisition Strategy, Membership Agreement document and, the Society Bylaws document.  This presentation outlines the steps necessary for you to purchase a membership on your lot and where to send your money, which is what many of you have been asking.  While we are finetuning some of the details please know that the timeline to collect funds will be thirty days from the time of the call for sales and at the end of this 30 days the fees will increase substantially.  

We are excited to be so close to making the dream of owning Oasis a reality!
