Important Info - PAD Forms

Happy Valentine’s Day Lease Holders!!

We continue to move forward in preparation for our exciting March 1st possession date! The next step in the transition is to collect banking information to process maintenance fee payments. We have attached below the pre-authorized debit (PAD) form as well as a new FAQ to help explain the process. We require everyone, all lot owners (member and non-member (but not renters)), to complete this new PAD document . Your current payment information with RV Sites will not be transferred to the new Society.

Please take some time to read through the FAQ’s to answer any questions that you may have. Should you have additional questions or concerns, reach out to your ward interim board member, or submit questions to the Oasis Grove website at https://www.oasisgrove360.com/ . Once you have read the documents please complete the PAD form with your banking information and email it to oasisgroveaccs@gmail.com (we have even provided you a sample to follow). Per the FAQ document, these need to be back to us by the 24th of Feb.

While you are on the website, please take some time to look at the re-brand submissions and catch phrases. There are some great submissions. Keep them coming.
