Maintenance Payment Clarification

Folks just a note on maintenance payments. The interval you have in your lease remains the same. We are not switching to the first of the month as it appears to be rumored. The auto withdrawal, will happen on a mid month cycle like 99% of you are on now. The only thing that you must be aware of, is that it may take us a month to set up our EFT systems in time for Mid March so a double amount may hit your account in April. We will keep you informed on that as time goes on. Please do not try and calculate 15 day "who owes who" between the seller and purchaser (us), as this is managed by our lawyers as final disbursements.
For you folks this means business as usual with regards to maintenance fees. Again any questions please shoot them through the question portal.
