Cancellation Policy

• Pool sessions are one hour in length and are available on an hourly basis. • A maximum of 24 participants are permitted per session. • Family Swim is open to residents and their guests. Adult Swim (18+) is reserved for adults only. • Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals will not receive extended time. • Cancellations are welcome at any time so that other residents may use the slot. • Pool access is subject to availability and managed by resort staff. • All pool rules and resort etiquette apply during your session.
